This has always been a busy class and since the pandemic, I ensure everyone has more personal space and that the room is well ventilated. You will need your own mat about if you are new to yoga I can loan a mat to you whilst you decide whether yoga is for you. The cost for one class is £15 but with cheaper rates for block bookings working out at £11 per session. The class is suitable for all and if you make it along, you will find a warm welcome awaits you.

This is a large warm hall and its size means that anyone who would like to come along will have a place whilst still ensuring everyone has sufficient personal space. Please contact me in advance if you would like to come along. This morning session is suitable for all but you will need your own mat although I am happy to loan you one if you are new to yoga and just wish to try out a class before making a commitment. The cost per class is £15 although much cheaper rates are available for block payment in advance working out at £11 per session.
Thus term will begin on 31st January and will end just before Easter on 29th March 2024.
