This is a large warm hall and its size means that anyone who would like to come along will have a place whilst still ensuring everyone has sufficient personal space. Please contact me in advance if you would like to come along. This morning session is suitable for all but you will need your own mat although I am happy to loan you one if you are new to yoga and just wish to try out a class before making a commitment. The cost per class is £15 although much cheaper rates are available for block payment in advance working out at £11 per session.

Classes are continuous throughout the year although time is taken for holidays and for the Christmas period. There maybe the odd occasion when the hall is unavailable.
