The benefits of one to one yoga classes

It's no secret that yoga provides many benefits. It can help you increase flexibility, improve your balance and posture, and even lower stress levels. You can focus on the areas where you want to improve and work on specific poses that you find challenging spending more time than is available in a group class, for instance learning how to balance or hold a pose for longer than usual. You'll also have the opportunity to work on specific goals like flexibility or strength, enabling you to progress at your own pace.

It works with your schedule.

A one-on-one class is perfect for people who want to work with their schedule, rather than having to fit it around the teacher's. You get to choose the days and times that work best for you, so if there's something else happening in your week (like an important meeting), you can make sure that you can still fit in your yoga.

You could also choose to do more than one class per week if that works better for your lifestyle - or even just one class at the same time each week so that it becomes part of your routine!

You can work towards specific goals
